Simply put, Jocko is a top tier realtor. I work in real estate finance and Jocko was my pick to purchase my home. His knowledge and understanding of buying and selling outpaces other realtors, meaning he anticipates and prepares for the 1001 things that could complicate a purchase or sale. I chose Jocko because I knew I could trust him to handle the complicated parts so I could stress less. On top of it all, he is fun, caring and kind. I even referred him to my father when he was buying last year so the trust is real.

Jocko was extremely helpful and perfectly communicative throughout the whole process. He was respectful and open to our opinions and desires, especially when it came to negotiating price. He wasn't pushy at all. Even after we closed he continued to check in and offer assistance and provide value by organizing a list of useful vendors. He kept our timeline updated and handled communication with the sellers agent tactfully when we ran into speed bumps on their side that would've caused me to be frustrated and inappropriate with the sellers agent! He remains a resource and a friend to us. I will continue to reach out to him for any real estate needs that I have in the future.
